Real Estate Executive / Property Consultant
Report to: Property Manager
We are looking for a talent qualified Real Estate Executive / Property Consultant Sales professionals with hunter sales mentality for our ATa Real Estate. You will be responsible for seeking new sales opportunities in The Real Estate Market in Thailand, Self-motivating and self-discipline with your roles on a daily basis under the guidance from the manager. You have to manage the sales performance; marketing campaign aiming to meet or exceed targets. Schedule and conduct daily/weekly sales meetings and achieve targets. You must handle the necessary reports and communicate with the manager Salary base plus excellent commission.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media etc.
- To contact the landlord, Property developer, Project owner etc.
- To get the project sales, Resell Condo, House, Villas, Other Properties
- Self-Motivate, handle your sales performance sales objective.
- Coordinate with other departments if needed.
- Support your team of Marketing tools, communications, and Real Estate Thailand Market updates. Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
- Keep updated about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your own.
- Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
- To achieve weekly, monthly, and yearly monetary goals and to attend the sales meetings.
- Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry etc
- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Target Candidate's Profile
- Sales professionals with hunter sales mentality
- Minimum 2 years of experiences
- Thai Nationality with Fluent English is a must.
- Passion in real estate sales and marketing with positive attitude and team handling ability.
- Have a proven record of success in the Real Estate industry within your area.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently as well as to work with team and the manager
- Well-groomed and presentable.
- Strong decision making & problem-solving skills.
- Professional Attitude & very good communication skills
