• Drafted pleadings for litigation cases, including contractual disputes.
• Managed labor law cases from the preliminary stages.
• Coordinated with relevant government authorities.
• Prepare all necessary information and documents required for court proceedings, such as petitions, statements, as well as organizing evidence presentation, witness preparation.
• Managed the process of company incorporation, including preparation and submission of required documentation to relevant authorities

Key Requirements

• Holding at least a Bachelor's Degree of Law.
• 3 to 5 years' experience in law firm/legal consulting firm with hands on experience in handling litigation cases particularly labor law matters.
• Thai Lawyer License required.
• Good personality and negotiation skill.
• Good English communication, other languages would be an advantage.
