Key Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Build and test landing page strategies
  • Implement and maintain conversion tracking
  • Prepare monthly performance reports
  • Work closely with management to achieve lead generation targets
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI


Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
  • Strong understanding of Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Conversion Tracking
  • Fluent Thai and strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience managing lead generation campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Experience working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing campaigns targeting international markets such as Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia-Pacific
  • Experience promoting B2B services
  • Experience in corporate services, including: Company Registration, Visa & Work Permit Services, Payroll Services, Recruitment Services, Accounting Services, Employer of Record (EOR) / PEO Services
  • Google Ads Certifications
  • Experience with Meta Ads is a plus
