Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
- Improve lead quality and reduce cost per acquisition
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Build and test landing page strategies
- Implement and maintain conversion tracking
- Prepare monthly performance reports
- Work closely with management to achieve lead generation targets
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience
- Strong understanding of Google Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, and Conversion Tracking
- Fluent Thai and strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently identify issues and recommend solutions
- Experience working with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Experience conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing campaigns targeting international markets such as Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia-Pacific
- Experience promoting B2B services
- Experience in corporate services, including: Company Registration, Visa & Work Permit Services, Payroll Services, Recruitment Services, Accounting Services, Employer of Record (EOR) / PEO Services
- Google Ads Certifications
- Experience with Meta Ads is a plus
