About the job Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Managing Director and will assume responsibility managing all internal and external financial reporting, including the following:

  • Financial Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute the companys financial strategy, aligning it with growth goals, including preparation for an IPO and subsequent public company operations.
  • IPO Execution: Lead the end-to-end IPO process, including collaboration with investment banks, legal teams, auditors, and regulators to ensure compliance with SET requirements and a successful market debut.
  • Fundraising: Drive capital-raising efforts through equity, debt, and alternative financing channels, cultivating relationships with investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support strategic decision-making and investor communications.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all financial regulations, including GAAP/IFRS standards, post-IPO compliance, and other reporting obligations.
  • Investor Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for shareholders, analysts, and institutional investors, delivering clear and compelling financial narratives.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing strong internal controls and governance policies.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Evaluate and execute potential M&A opportunities to support growth objectives, including due diligence and integration planning.
  • Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Optimize cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to fuel operations and expansion.
  • Taking responsibility for managing the full range of financial and management accounting functions, this includes the timely preparation of financial reports, preparing budgets and oversight of finance & account related requirements.
  • Directing the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, reports to shareholders, tax returns and reports for government regulatory agencies, and ensuring group Finance and Accounting Policies are followed.
  • Managing the companys internal control environment, including the preparation of annual financial statements and liaison with auditors.
  • Monitoring compliance and regularly assessing the adequacy of existing controls and identifying and recommending new controls as appropriate.
  • Manage the companys cash flow to ensure adequate funds are available to meet the companys financial commitments.
  • Initiate and support the budgeting process and monitor overall company performance against projections.
  • Implement reporting and controlling tools relating to revenue, margins, and operational expense.
  • Support and provide contributions to department managers in relation to the setting up their annual budgets.
  • Supervising credit collection and litigation, finance treasury, credit lines and more generally, relationships with bankers, in agreement with the Board of Directors. Supervise the investment of funds; working with banks and / or investment bankers to raise additional capital as required for expansion.
  • The CFO will take responsibility for policy, conflicts of interest and any kind of corruption, and lead methods of improving the planning process where needed.
  • Study long-range economic trends and projects relating to company prospects for future growth in overall market share, as well as opportunities for acquisitions or expansion into new product areas.
