About the job Accounting Assistant

Accounting Assistant will be organized dealing with financial data. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable, and conducting other tasks related to finance. They should be excellent at recording data and have an ability to product clear financial reports.

Key Tasks:

  • Records invoices/receipts in Xero
  • Prepares the weekly collection report
  • Conduct Physical Inventory Monthly
  • Coordinate with Credit and Collection Team
  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by Superior.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Accounting/Finance.
  • With or without relevant experience. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
  • Personal Attributes: Accurate, organized, trustworthy, efficient, good bookkeeping skills, can work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be willing to work at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City
