What You'll Do:

• Financial Recordkeeping: Accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
• Prepare Financial Reports: Assist in generating financial statements, reports, and summaries to provide clear financial insight to management.
• Budget Monitoring: Help monitor company budgets, track expenses, and analyze variances to support the company's financial health.
• Invoice & Payment Processing: Handle invoicing, process payments, and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts.
• Compliance & Auditing Support: Assist with tax filing, compliance, and auditing processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial insights clearly.
• Previous experience in a finance role is an advantage.
