About the Role

We are seeking a relationship-driven Senior Account Executive to grow business with current clients and develop new opportunities across the transportation-infrastructure market. This person will work closely with the CRO and management team to maintain a disciplined pipeline, represent AssetIntel at industry events, and lead a consultative sales process from initial outreach through close.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, qualify, and advance new business opportunities through contract close.
  • Support growth, expansion, and long-term satisfaction within existing client accounts.
  • Maintain accurate, timely opportunity activity, forecasts, notes, and next steps in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the CRO and management team on account strategy, sales priorities, pricing, and forecasting.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, client meetings, and other industry events; travel approximately 20–30%.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, virtual meetings, webinars, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop proposals, responses, scopes, and sales materials with internal technical and delivery teams.
  • Communicate customer needs, market feedback, and competitive intelligence to company leadership.
  • Maintain consistent, professional follow-up and keep opportunities moving forward.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated success in consultative B2B sales, ideally involving software, technology, or implementation-focused solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of—or ability to quickly learn—the bridge inspection and transportation-infrastructure market.
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM tools to maintain accurate opportunity records and forecasts.
  • Strong proposal-writing, presentation, webinar, and client-meeting skills.
  • An established network in transportation infrastructure, public agencies, engineering, or related markets is highly valued.
  • An engaging, dependable, organized, and persistent approach to relationship-building and follow-through.
  • Comfort discussing technical concepts with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the CRO and cross-functional leadership.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 20–30% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working for a DOT, transportation agency, engineering firm, or in bridge inspection.
  • Engineering or other technical background.
  • Familiarity with GovWin or similar public-sector opportunity platforms.
  • Familiarity with practical AI/LLM tools; coding experience is not required.
  • Experience selling to public agencies, engineering firms, or transportation-infrastructure organizations.
