The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:
- Check bank statements against the accounts system and reconciling differences
- Check invoice accuracy on the system and ensure the details are entered accurately
- Monitor overdue customer accounts on the system and follow up where necessary (you will be trained in on how to do this)
- File and perform general and related administrative duties
In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years office experience
- Some credit control experience would be advantageous
- Experience in using MS Excel
- Good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team
The salary range on offer for this temporary role is €30-35K per annum pro-rated depending on experience.
