The job that is available is a Payroll Specialist role in Limerick within an established organisation. 

You will be office-based in this role five days per week.  The hours of work are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch each day.

There are no hybrid working arrangements available in this role.

About Your Next Employer

Based in Limerick, your next employer is an established and large organisation with a modern work environment.  

The following list is not exhaustive. The job will involve the following responsibilities, amongst others:

  • Process fortnightly payroll accurately and in a timely fashion
  • Maintain payroll and employee records accurately
  • Process pension contributions and all statutory deductions and payments
  • Process payroll payments and run payroll reports as required for management

In order to ensure you are selected for interview for this job opportunity, you must have the following:

  • Have a minimum of two years' payroll experience 
  • Have an indepth understanding of the payroll mechanics underlying the payroll process
  • Must have end-to-end payroll processing experience (preparing for payroll bureau export won't be sufficient experience)
  • Experience in using Payroll Software (list payroll software types on your CV) and Microsoft Excel

The salary range on offer is per annum depending on experience.
