Job brief

The TA & HR Business Partner is responsible for supporting hiring managers on different aspects on recruitment, such as workforce staffing and general administration to optimize business results. The role will work in conjunction with the Service Delivery Managers and Learning Development & Quality Compliance Manager, local/regional HR, Finance, IT and other administrative functions to enhance service capability and capacity to support business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all talent acquisition activities that include diversity sourcing, attraction, selection & assessment, full end to end recruitment and offering process for vacancies based in South Korea and Thailand (Bangkok).
  • Work with Regional HR Director to support the business and hiring managers to assess their talent requirements and advising on the best hiring strategy across multiple markets.
  • Manage and maintain internal and external recruitment channels/platforms and update recruitment status reports.
  • Using a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent.
  • Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates to plan for future hiring needs.
  • Focusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunity.
  • Support in all recruitment and retention activities proactively.
  • Support in country and region HR projects.

    Responsibilities

    • Degree in any discipline
    • 8+ years with Talent Acquisition experience.
    • Prior experience with call center industry and/or travel industry preferred.
    • Flexible/adaptable and able to keep up with fast paced environment.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, juggling and managing multiple projects and priorities, while maintaining a professional demeanor is required.
    • Superior time-management skills along with strong sense of urgency.
    • Superior level of discretion, as position requires access to highly confidential program, client and organizational matters.
    • Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
    • Able to thrive in a performance-based environment.
    • Highly adaptable, self-motivated and self-disciplined.
    • Candidates who can speak Korean and/ or Japanese highly advantageous.
