About the job Head of Aspire Lifestyles
Key responsibilities include:
- Ownership and accountability for the Philippines P&L
- Ownership of key strategic account relationships with a view to growing GP/GOP, attachment and country level expansion
- Ownership of the overall business development strategy and business development activity for Philippines
- Lead the transformation of the business away from legacy / sunset propositions to new lifestyle and experiential propositions
- Leverage industry / market knowledge and presence to establish and build Aspire identity and reputation as a market leader for quality, innovation and delivery assurance
- Establish GTM strategies and on-going plans for current / new propositions incorporating sales / marketing / research initiatives and pipeline development
- Lead and develop marketing and partnership capability, ensuring integration with sales and operations
- Management, supervision and development of country level HOS, and Head of Concierge - Operations
Required Experience
- Minimum 12 years of working experience with at least 8 years experience in senior sales / BD role
- A minimum 5-10 years successful track record in consumer services sales and marketing to banks / credit card/ Insurer/ premium luxury brand organization.
- Prior experience in leading mid to large teams and having ownership of P+L
- Previous experience with consumer (B-C or B-B-C) loyalty organization, payment industry, digital products/services, travel services (airlines, hotels, etc), or points redemption services
- Previous experience in working in a high growth, fast-paced environment and a strong track record of driving product innovation.
- Experienced in managing sale operations in Philippines and ideally other markets with diverse nationalities and cultures.
- Significant experience and track record in influencing C-Level / SVP level client contacts.
- Good interpersonal skills and driver of change, motivation and coaching
