ASI, a leading irrigation company with over 40 years of experience in Fort Pierce, FL, is seeking a Pump and Mechanical Systems Foreman to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage a team of technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation pumps and mechanical systems

- Ensure work is completed according to company standards and within project timelines

- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques and procedures

- Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked

- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or issues

- Monitor inventory and order necessary supplies

- Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce company safety policies

- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate projects and ensure efficient operations

- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues and provide solutions

- Perform hands-on work as needed to assist with projects

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience in irrigation and/or mechanical systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

- Strong knowledge of irrigation pumps and systems

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
