Digital Transformation Consultant

Job Summary: We are in search of a seasoned Digital Transformation Consultant with a solid track record in leading and implementing digital change initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in digital transformation, demonstrating a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to drive business success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Consult with senior management to identify digital opportunities and develop transformation strategies.
• Analyze current business processes and technology use to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Drive the adoption of digital solutions across various business units.
• Provide expertise in digital technologies and trends to inform decision-making.
• Facilitate change management processes to support transition to new digital systems.
• Measure and report on the success of digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital transformation role.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering large-scale digital projects.
• Strong knowledge of current digital technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
