      • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), and social media advertising.
      • Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
        • Manage and maintain the company's social media presence across platforms, crafting engaging posts and responding to audience interactions.
        • Build and execute social media calendars to ensure consistent and relevant content delivery.
          • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and industry trends.
          • Use research findings to refine marketing strategies and tailor messaging to target audiences.
            • Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
            • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and effective promotion.
              • Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
              • Provide input on product positioning, messaging, and branding.
                • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, website traffic, and other relevant metrics.
                • Prepare regular reports to share insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

                Qualifications:

                • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
                • Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
                • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tools, and techniques in the Philippines.
                • Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and editing.
                • Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and digital advertising.
                • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data.
                • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comprehending Mandarin is a plus.
                • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
                • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
                • Proficiency in marketing software, application, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
