About the job Scrum Master

Were looking for a Scrum Master who will form part of a team focused on delivering value for the Product, using the Scrum framework. You will support the team so that they are productive, continuously learning, and focused on delivering value.
The Scrum Master will be key in supporting the effectiveness of the Product team, building a safe and trusting environment where issues/problems can be raised without fear of blame and where mutual collaboration, self-management, and problem-solving are emphasized.
You should be able to support the Project Manager in forecasting, creating, and clarifying goals and actions to achieve them. In all this, the Scrum Master serves the team, tracking and removing obstacles and shielding the team from outside interactions.

Requirements:
- English: upper intermediate
- basic knowledge and understanding of the Scrum
- strong communication skills
- analytical mindset

would be a plus:
- experience of working with Scrum team
- experience of working with remote team
- experience in using tools like MS Teams, Jira, DevOps (TFS)
- experience in presentations by using Draw.io, Miro, PowerPoint

Responsibilities:
- You will support the Produсt Owner/ Project Manager and act as a Scrum Master within our product development programs to guide a product team to new, innovative, and cost-effective solutions for our products.
- You plan, coordinate, and monitor all agile activities within the development programs and implement agile and innovative approaches to increase quality and efficiency.
- As a Scrum Master, you organize and moderate the events and meetings (like Daily, Retrospective, Sprint Review, Warm-up, Planning Poker, and Knowledge Sharing meetings) and continuously support the team in improving the agile work environment.
- to be a link between different stakeholders and development teams, act as a mediator and motivator
- to identify and remove obstacles that hinder the agile development process (management escalation) and initiate improvement steps
- to report and align with the Project Manager regularly.
