We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce projects to join our dynamic, global team. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing QA processes on the project, designing and implementing test plans following industry best practices, and mentoring junior team members. 

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of proven work experience as a QA engineer
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid development methodologies
  • Comprehensive understanding of the software test life cycle (STLC) and defect management lifecycle
  • Experience with QA tools and techniques
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • English level: Intermediate +

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases for various software applications within different business domains
  • Oversee and ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs; ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Perform regression testing and ensure release readiness
  • Review requirements and identify issues at early stages of SDLC
  • Conduct post-release testing
  • Mentor and guide junior QA team members, providing them with directions and support
  • Investigate customer problems and document results
  • Ensure compliance with industry quality standards and best practices
  • Maintain a strong focus on client needs and the specific requirements of various managed services domains
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure effective communication and delivery of high-quality software products
