Requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce.
  • Business Analyst certification or equivalent experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on diplomacy and client relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and contribute to Salesforce implementation and consultation projects.
  • Act as a liaison between our technical experts and our U.S.-based clients, ensuring seamless and effective communication.
  • Plan, facilitate, and conduct requirements elicitation, documentation and validation.
  • Lead design, development, and demo meetings, providing valuable insights and contributing to the decision-making process
  • Engage in pre-sales activities together with international pursuit team and win new customers
