Overview:

We are looking for a General Manager to join our team in New Hampshire to manage and operate the facility. The main responsibilities will be to ensure that customer orders remain on schedule, within cost constraints, and all other business requirements are met. 

Requirements:

• 7+ years of management experience in an industrial capacity
• Bachelor's degree in engineering 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Prefer to have experience with nuclear QA requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to implement improvements suggested by the home office concerning work practices and procedures
• Lead internal communications with the home office
  
• Ensure that customer orders remain on schedule, within cost constraints, and requirements
  
• Analyze and prioritize tasks to determine workload requirements and assistance from vendors
  
• Monitor progress on deliverables through continuous communication
  
• Manage relationships with external vendors and clients
  
• Foster and assist the home office with improvements and best practices between QC/QA, Machine Shop, and Engineering.
  
• Ensure practices are by industry standards to maintain the ASME NS Certificate.
  
• Familiar with nuclear quality assurance requirements a plus per 10CFR50, Appendix B; ASME Section III, Subsection NCA, and NQA-1
  
• Knowledge of hydraulics
