Overview:
This position provides employees and customers with Level 1 3 equipment and module training. The implementation of maintenance training courses, per standards, on customer equipment. Close cooperation in the development and documentation of new training-relevant topics with the Corporate Academy team.
Requirements:
- This position requires an associate's degree or bachelor's degree and at least 5+ years of experience installing/repairing semiconductor/electronic production equipment.
- Comprehensive experience in the operation and maintenance of semiconductor manufacturing machinery or comparable systems.
- Good knowledge of English, organizational skills, willingness to communicate, rhetorical and didactic skills, and high social competence.
- Ideally, experience or education as a Trainer in a Technical environment.
- Qualification of Maintenance staff based on common industry standards PM +CM procedures as well as issues experienced on-site.
- Trainer familiar with customer equipment and processes.
- The trainer helps to implement a common understanding/working procedures among technicians.
- Ability to wear proper cleanroom attire and work inside the fab/cleanroom up to 75% of the time.
- Must have experience in most responsibilities below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train internal and external customers on proprietary equipment
- Technical support of local training equipment
- Planning and preparation of technical courses for internal and external customers
- Manage and track course completion and customer feedback on training using our learning management system.
- Development of Training content based on the local issues and challenges.
- Coordinate changes/modifications of the training content with our Documentation team and assist with new procedures.
- Keep track of all FSE training and set up module training for new FSEs accordingly.
- Evaluate onsite knowledge of FSEs and provide a plan for additional training if needed.
- Able to perform tasks and job functions with limited supervision; mentors and provides technical assistance and training to onsite FSEs.
- To keep up with new equipment and software features, the trainer may support service and installations at different customer sites from time to time.
