Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving in a manner that communicates well with customers, vendors and factory personnel. 

Must provide prompt responses and follow up with customer inquires for pricing, delivery and complaints as needed. 

Must have excellent computer skills and be able to answer phones calls in a behaving manner. 

Filling, entering data and order placing with strong accuracy. 

Customer service representatives work directly with customers to provide assistance, resolve complaints, answer questions, and process orders.

Must have great problem solving skills along with great time management.
