Specifications:
- University Engineering Degree (Civil / Mechanical) additional qualifications in Quality & HSE Management will be a benefit.
- <60 years of age.
- 10 Years related site erection experience in the role as Construction Manager, Senior Engineer in both EPC and Client roles within Major Project Construction of WTS Systems, Oil & Gas and / or Energy Projects.
- Candidates with previous experience in SWCC projects preferred.
- Good health - natural fitness.
- Able to work in challenging environment.
- Knowledge and Experience of Mid-East Culture and Customs.
- Goal Driven, Team Player and Energetic.
- Experience and Good relations with other Nationalities.
- Good Listener.
- Ability to work long hours and 7 x days per week when required.
- EPC & Execution Specialist.
- Self-starter and work without direct supervision.
- International Driver's License, capable of obtaining local driver license once work Permit obtained.

- POSITION INFORMATION
Duties
In general, the duty is to undertake all necessary actions and work to fulfill the scope to the full satisfaction of Project Execution Management as EPC.
In particular the duties for the aforementioned position include but not limited:
- He shall report to the company's Project Manager and work closely with THE COMPANYS Management, Engineers, and Client.
- He shall familiarize himself with the Tender documents, specification of works and Project Schedules.
- With careful attention to the Schedule, he shall execute and ensure that discipline / department documentation and procedures are in place and approved.
- He shall closely monitor daily plant construction / operations with specific attention to Budget, Progress, Quality and Safety.
- He shall monitor handover from Civil/Mechanical, Mechanical/Electrical and Erection/Commissioning activities and supporting documentation in conjunction with Project Procedures.
- He shall closely manage Sub-contractor activities and provide support and guidance to the contractors carrying out this work.
- He shall witness specific Construction / Commissioning tests and milestone activities as required.
- He may be required to work with the company's and OE to identify and resolve all outstanding engineering issues affecting progress. This may include processing of As-built drawings.
- He shall support the company's Leads, Seniors and Engineers ensuring they are working to current drawings and documentation.
- Review and approve site related general construction / commissioning / engineering documents. This may include O&M documents, Operator Training Manuals and Spare parts handover process and other relevant documents.
- Attend the regular (daily / weekly / monthly) coordination meetings with THE COMPANYS & Client, and Sub-Contractor. He shall chair all internal discipline meetings related to discipline issues, maintain and distribute Minutes of Meetings.
- Prepare and issue Weekly & Monthly reports on progress per discipline as required by the Project Procedure.
- Ensure strict adherence of the Project Procedures, technical and administrative, issued by the Head Office and the Project Director. In case of difficulties in application of such instructions, the Project Manager shall be consulted before any other actions are being taken.
- Decisions taken at the Head Office level, if discussed with the Client, shall duly be supported in order to reinforce THE COMPANYS actions.
- Receive and implement instructions as given by Senior Management.
- Cooperate in all activities with all disciplines in accordance with the instructions of the Project Manager.
- Apply and follow Project PPM requirements.
