Mechanical Procurement Engineer

Responsibilities.

Under the direction of the Facilities Management (FM) Procurement Lead, help develop the operator market outreach act the procurement artifacts.

+ Help develop the FM Operators specific requirements and support the development of the procurement technical standards

Development and verification of RFQ packages

Prepare selected tender lists and undertake Pretender selection.

Prepare and float RFP to arrange submissions.

Review and answer any tender queries.

Receive bid submissions.

Preparation of technical and commercial evaluation

Evaluate and advise on commercial term negotiations submitted received from potential FM Operators.

Attend bid and technical meetings and raise clarifications.

Evaluate FM Operators proposals including specifications, drawings and contract documents and financial submissions.

Prepare, review and submit technical submittals in compliance with the project requirements and specifications.
