Job Overview:

We are looking for an Executive, Spare Parts Operations to support daily spare parts and inventory activities within an automotive operations environment. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, and maintaining spare parts while ensuring stock accuracy, proper documentation, and smooth store operations.
Office Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor
What Will You Do:
- Receive incoming spare parts shipments and check quantities and items against the relevant documents.
- Record all incoming and outgoing stock movements accurately in the system.
- Issue and receive spare parts according to operational requirements.
- Organize and store received parts in the appropriate bin locations.
- Follow the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle when managing and issuing stock.
- Carry out daily store activities including picking, packing, stock checking, and inventory handling.
- Monitor stock levels and support the ordering and receiving of spare parts.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile physical stock against system records.
- Assist the team with spare parts enquiries and purchasing activities.
- Ensure all stock movements and receiving activities are properly documented.
- Record and report damaged or discrepant parts to the relevant supervisor.
- Maintain proper organization, safety, and security within the store area.
- Maintain good 5S standards across the spare parts store.
- Support other spare parts and store-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
What Makes You a Good Fit:
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in warehouse, store, spare parts, or inventory operations.
- Experience handling stock receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and stock reconciliation.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work with inventory or stock management systems.
- Good numeracy skills with strong attention to stock accuracy and documentation.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently while supporting the wider operations team.
- Proactive, dynamic, responsible, and demonstrates a high level of integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
