Listing & Photography Executive | Klang, Selangor

Job Overview:

We are looking for an Executive, Listing & Photography to support the vehicle listing process by ensuring returning vehicles are properly checked, photographed, edited, and prepared for online listing. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure vehicle content is accurate, complete, and ready for listing according to schedule.

Office Location: Bandar Bukit Raja, 41050 Klang, Selangor.

What Will You Do:

• Conduct quality checks on returning vehicles from suppliers.
• Capture professional-quality photographs of vehicles according to required standards.
• Plan photo composition, angles, lighting, and overall vehicle presentation.
• Use photography equipment and lighting tools effectively.
• Edit and enhance vehicle photos using Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.
• Ensure vehicle photographs, specifications, and content are accurately updated in the CMS.
• Coordinate photography sessions and vehicle schedules with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Ensure vehicles move smoothly through the photography and listing process according to schedule.
• Archive and manage vehicle imagery and digital assets systematically.
• Maintain photography equipment and ensure it is kept in good working condition.

What Makes You a Good Fit:

• Diploma or Degree in Photography, Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Photography, Advertising, Content, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Adobe Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of photography composition, lighting, and photo editing.
• Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with different departments and stakeholders.
• CMS experience will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Creative, proactive, organized, and committed to delivering quality work.
