Job Overview:
We are looking for a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive -Cantonese speaker to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through phone, email, and live chat while ensuring every customer interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.
What Will You Do:
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Respond to customer questions, complaints, feedback, and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Stay updated on company products, processes, and policies.
What Makes You A Good Fit:
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Cantonese is required to support customers.
- Good command of English is preferrable.
- Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, hospitality, retail, or any service-related industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Good computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- A collaborative team player with strong organizational skills.
- Willing to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.
