About the job Chief Executive Officer - Jaipur Rugs Foundation

About Jaipur Rugs Foundation (JRF)

Founded in 2004 under the Rajasthan Public Trust Act by visionary social entrepreneur Mr. Nand Kishore Chaudhary, Jaipur Rugs Foundation (JRF) is a spiritually grounded organization dedicated to restoring the dignity and livelihoods of rural artisans and their communities.

Guided by the ethos of engage, develop, sustain, JRF works to unlock the potential of underserved populations particularly women by weaving together economic empowerment, social development, and spiritual well-being. Its inclusive growth model has been globally recognized, including a feature in The Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid by the late management thinker C.K. Prahalad.

Operating across several Indian states, JRF bridges traditional craftsmanship with modern enterprise, enabling communities to move from dependency to self-reliance and pride.
