We are hiring for a growing organization in the food and agri-processing sector, seeking a result-oriented professional to manage procurement, logistics, and sales operations. The role will involve sourcing quality raw materials/products, building and managing vendor and customer relationships, overseeing supply chain and logistics coordination, driving business growth, and ensuring smooth execution across procurement, dispatch, and market operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage sourcing and procurement activities in line with business requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with farmers, vendors, suppliers, and traders.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply terms.
  • Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and product availability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality procurement.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support business development and sales growth across markets.
  • Build distributor, retailer, and institutional buyer networks.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and market presence.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely deliveries and execution.

Logistics & Operations

  • Oversee logistics coordination for inward and outward movement of materials.
  • Manage transportation planning, dispatch schedules, and inventory coordination.
  • Maintain operational and sales MIS reports.
  • Support smooth execution across warehouse, field, and supply chain operations.
  • Work towards improving operational efficiency and minimizing delays.

Candidate Profile:

  • 3–5 years of experience in procurement, sales, logistics, supply chain, or operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of agri supply chains, FMCG, food products, or logistics operations preferred.
  • Comfortable handling cross-functional responsibilities and field coordination.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools preferred.
