Role Summary
As the Talent Acquisition Head, you will own end-to-end recruitment strategy while balancing hands-on hiring and team leadership. You''ll act as a strategic partner to business leaders, directly manage key hires, and champion this client's employer brand. The ideal candidate blends strategic vision, execution excellence, mentorship, and cultural advocacy.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Hiring Leadership
- Design and execute TA strategies aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
- Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and prioritize critical roles.
- Hands-On Recruitment
- Lead hiring for mid-senior and business-critical roles across functions (operations, marketing, design, artisan engagement, technology, and leadership).
- Team Development
- Mentor and manage recruiters, fostering a performance-driven, values-aligned team culture.
- Define KPIs, track metrics, and optimize team productivity.
- Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Elevate the client's employer brand through storytelling around artisan impact and sustainability.
- Ensure a seamless, respectful candidate journey at every stage.
- Process Innovation
- Implement scalable recruitment processes, SLAs, and tools (ATS, automation, sourcing platforms).
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Build inclusive pipelines supporting social impact goals, with a focus on rural/artisan communities.
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, diversity ratios) to refine strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have:
- 8 to 10 years in TA, spanning corporate, manufacturing, or social enterprises.
- 2 to 3 years leading a recruitment team.
- Proven success in hiring across diverse functions (creative, technical, operations).
- Strong stakeholder management and strategic workforce planning skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in scaling organizations or culturally rooted brands.
- Exposure to rural/artisan communities.
- Familiarity with TA analytics, sourcing tools, and employer branding campaigns.
