Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance and Operations Manager to join our team in Delhi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient management of our financial operations and overseeing various financial functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, leadership qualities, and experience in managing internal finance processes and coordinating with external entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Operations Management:
    • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including payroll, salaries, and financial due diligence.

    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee compensation.

    • Manage internal financial processes and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordination and Liaison:
    • Act as the primary point of contact for financial matters between the company and external partners.

  • Compliance and Taxation:
    • Ensure compliance with taxation regulations, including GST and other applicable laws.

    • Manage financial compliance and prepare necessary documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

  • Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights into financial performance and operational efficiency.

    • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.

  • Leadership and Ownership:
    • Exhibit high ownership of financial responsibilities and demonstrate leadership qualities to drive financial initiatives.

    • Provide guidance and support to the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com)/Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) preferred

  • Experience:
    • 5-8 years of relevant experience in finance operations, payroll management, and financial coordination.

    • Proven experience in managing internal finance functions and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Strong knowledge of finance operations, taxation, GST, and compliance.

    • Excellent financial acumen and ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

    • Effective coordination skills with external partners and internal teams.

    • High ownership, leadership qualities, and ability to work independently.

    • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
