We're seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Lead - Culture and People Strategy who will evolve and implement our people strategy, refine existing policies, and strengthen our culture.

The Impact You'll Drive:

  1. Culture & Values Champion

  • Refine and uphold Arthan's organizational culture in alignment with our mission and growth.

  • Actively role-model and embed values into people practices, communication, and decision-making.

  • Partner with teams to ensure cultural consistency across functions, geographies, and work models (in-office/remote).

  1.  Strategic People Leadership

  • Develop and lead people strategies that support both short-term needs and long-term growth.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design, talent planning, and succession.

  • Analyze workforce data to provide insights that shape team structures, priorities, and resourcing.

  1. Process & Policy Stewardship

  • Review and evolve people policies to ensure relevance, clarity, and alignment with Arthan's ethos.

  • Standardize key processes across the employee lifecycle with a focus on scale and compliance.

  • Balance the need for systems and structure with the agility required in a mission-driven, growing organization.

  1.  L&D

  • Build learning pathways that prepare emerging leaders and strengthen cross-functional collaboration.

  • Introduce L&D interventions that are tailored to evolving team needs and business priorities.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through mentorship, coaching, and experiential learning models.

  1.  Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Design and continuously improve the full employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to growth and offboarding.

  • Build rituals, events, and engagement touchpoints that foster clarity, motivation, and cohesion.

  1. Strategic Advisor to Leadership

  • Use data, pulse checks, and diagnostics to provide leadership with a clear view of people dynamics.

  • Actively participate in leadership discussions to ensure staff viewpoints are factored into strategic and operational decisions.

  • Act as a strategic sounding board to seniors, bringing objectivity, insight, and accountability.

  1. Performance Management & People Systems

  • Design and implement a structured performance management framework aligned with Arthan's evolving business goals.

  • Develop clear role expectations, feedback loops, appraisal mechanisms, and career progression pathways.

  • Partner with leadership to embed a culture of accountability, continuous feedback, and results-driven growth.

  • Ensure performance systems support talent development, retention, and internal mobility across the organization


Who You Are:
A strategic HR leader with 10-15 years of experience across culture, talent, and organizational development
Someone who sees culture as a business enabler, not just an HR deliverable
A systems thinker with the ability to scale people processes with efficiency
A confident communicator who can influence and collaborate
Willing to challenge leadership thoughtfully and listen just as deeply.
