About the role: 

The role of a Senior Associate/ Associate - Consulting is to mentor and support top high school students from around the world to get into their dream universities across the US, UK, and Canada. Leveraging the robust program, you will help students strategize their profiles to craft compelling and successful college applications.

Education and Experience:

  1. Bachelors / Masters from top colleges in India and abroad
  2. Preferred experience: 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the Consulting process for students
  2. Lead the knowledge of study abroad - Processing and communicating the org's study abroad Consulting process effectively - College List, Essays, Recommendations, Interviews, etc.
  3. Lead the profile development strategy/ ATS by having deep know-how of what it takes to build a differentiated profile to gain admission into Ivy League colleges, compose complete ATS independently 
  4. Strategic planning of a student's profile to maximize chances of admission to Ivy League colleges. Build a deep know-how of what it takes to build a differentiated profile to gain admission
  5. Help a student identify their life vision and develop a detailed plan for them to work toward it
  6. Recommend best subject selection and strategic academic/standardized testing decisions to ensure students' future success
  7. Develop creative, and unique profile strategies that exhibit a students
    unique brand
  8. Ideate independent projects that will help the student build their profile
  9. Guiding the students through the implementation of creative projects -ranging from the sciences and social sciences to the arts and humanities
  10. Ensure student success by achieving project OKRs and admissions results
  11. Monitor and review student growth and suggest corrective measures to ensure students' future success
  12. Implementing process-oriented quality checks to ensure excellence in Counseling and Writing, including feedback to students and parents
  13. Build and strengthen relationships to ensure long-term synergies with Parents and Students
  14. Managing conflicts to create alignment between different parties Parents, Students, and Team members
  15. Team Development and Management
  16. Inter-Departmental Collaboration
