About the Role:

We are looking to hire for a Program Lead for a leading Foundation to initiate a new program focussing on providing support and resources for gifted children through a parent-led approach. The Program Lead will be responsible for taking the program from 0 to 1; i.e. ideation to implementation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement both short-term and long-term strategic and operational plans to design, scale, and optimize the program for maximum impact and sustainability.
  • Design and launch targeted initiatives and interventions to achieve defined objectives and performance targets, ensuring alignment with the programs overarching vision and goals.
  • Set up and manage a scalable digital delivery platform to facilitate the large-scale dissemination of programs, ensuring accessibility, efficiency, and seamless user experience.
  • Establish clear performance indicators and measurable outcomes to assess the programs effectiveness, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance performance based on feedback and key metrics.
  • Oversee the development of a comprehensive curriculum that fosters holistic growth, supporting cognitive development, emotional well-being, and the instillation of core values in children.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and management of a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, serving as a key liaison to drive organizational alignment, streamline operations, and ensure the seamless execution of programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Demonstrated ability to implement solutions at scale, leveraging strategic planning, efficient execution, and innovative problem-solving to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Possesses an exceptional drive for results, consistently delivering high-impact projects on time and within scope while optimizing resources and maximizing efficiency.
  • Highly desirable:  Prior exposure to the concept of Giftedness, including an understanding of the unique needs, characteristics, and development of gifted individuals. 
  • Experience in designing, leading, and driving initiatives that support gifted learners or professionals, fostering an environment that nurtures their potential and maximizes their capabilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating deep expertise and a strong track record of success in the field.
  • Proven ability to apply industry best practices, adapt to evolving trends, and contribute strategically to organizational growth.
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and manage diverse, high-performing teams. Adept at fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, setting clear goals, and driving accountability to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, and external partners. 
  • Skilled in articulating complex ideas clearly, negotiating effectively, and influencing key decision-makers to drive alignment and results.
