Program Lead - Karnataka

Arthan's partner organization is looking for a Program Lead to spearhead a large-scale early childhood education initiative in Karnataka. This role involves working closely with the state government and key stakeholders to implement an innovative parent engagement program in LKG and UKG classrooms of government schools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and performance of the program in Karnataka.
• Build and manage a team of program managers and district coordinators.
• Liaise with the Department of Education, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee training programs for teachers and government officials.
• Utilize data analytics to inform program strategy and implementation.
• Support the development of external partnerships and ensure adherence to agreements with the government.

What Were Looking For:

• 6-8 years of experience in program management, stakeholder engagement, or education sector initiatives.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Kannada (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
• Ability to work with government officials and navigate public education systems.
• Experience in education, social impact, or working with state government departments is preferred.
• Comfort with data analysis and technology-driven program implementation.
