We at Arthan are hiring for a partner organization that is dedicated to social development and sustainability and works closely with various corporates to design and implement impactful CSR initiatives and they are seeking a Manager-Corporate Partnerships in Bangalore.

The position requires a dynamic and proactive individual for the mid-level Corporate Partnerships role. This position is pivotal in building and nurturing relationships with corporate clients, identifying and securing new funding opportunities, and managing existing accounts to align with client priorities. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in corporate partnerships and CSR programs.

Key Responsibilities-
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing corporate clients.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present client proposals that address their needs and align with CSR and sustainability goals.
  • Account Management: Manage key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with client expectations.
  • Communication Strategies: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to enhance client engagement and program impact.
  • Funding Opportunities: Identify and pursue new funding opportunities and CSR programs that align with client interests and company goals.
  • Client Retention: Design alternative projects and programs to retain and satisfy existing clients as their priorities evolve.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify emerging business opportunities and trends.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
Skills-
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in business development and account management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of CSR and sustainability practices.
  • Ability to conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal teams.
Experience-

4-6 years in corporate funding, partnerships, or business development, ideally within the social sector or related fields.

Education-

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Development, Marketing, or a related field.

Additional Experience-

Prior experience working with NGOs and non-profit organizations is advantageous.
