Job Description: As a Senior Manager in the Talent Acquisition and Operations team at Arthan, you will play a strategic role in driving recruitment efforts, managing client accounts, leading a team of researchers, and optimizing operational efficiency. This senior-level position requires a combination of strong leadership skills, client relationship management expertise, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership:
- Individual Contribution: sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for open positions based on client requirements and specifications.
- Provide leadership and direction to the recruitment team, overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Collaborate with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies, candidate pipelines, and talent pools aligned with client needs and industry trends.
Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional communication regarding recruitment updates, candidate profiles, and project status.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between clients, candidates, and internal team members to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and concerns, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional service delivery.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment activities in the company's database or CRM system.

- Analyze recruitment metrics, performance indicators, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and process improvements.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and insights to track key recruitment KPIs, measure team performance, and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and exceptional service delivery. Ensure client expectations are aligned with recruitment deliverables.
- Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to understand their evolving recruitment needs, provide strategic insights, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business from existing account portfolio.
Team Management:
- Lead a team of researchers, overseeing their day-to-day activities, workload allocation, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning and development.
- Set clear goals, objectives, and performance targets for team members, monitoring progress and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a client-facing role, with demonstrated success in account management and team leadership. Experience and/or knowledge of the social impact space is a good to have.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships, driving business growth, and exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
