About the Role:
We're hiring on behalf of a national non-profit partner for a leadership role focused on strengthening HR and organizational development systems within government institutions. The role involves designing and scaling people- and institution-strengthening initiatives to build long-term capacity and continuity in public systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape program strategy for sustainable adoption within government systems.
- Capacity Building - Lead training and capacity-building efforts for public sector officials. Equip them with the skills and tools needed for effective governance.
- Design and implement People Centric Reforms - Drive implementation of HR and organizational development initiatives in collaboration with government partners. (Goal setting, performance management, change management strategies, etc.)
- Programme Expansion - Work towards scaling the programme across states.
- Build Strategic Partnerships - Align with donors and funders in the space and work towards securing long-term partnerships for the initiative. Develop proposals and grants for the same.
- Team Management - Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team.
What Were Looking For
- 8-15 years of experience in program leadership, HR/organizational development strategy, institutional development, or public sector consulting
- Strong track record of designing and implementing people- or institution-strengthening programs
- Experience managing teams and external partnerships
- Prior experience working with government systems
