Position Overview:

The Manager - Organizational Development (OD) will lead and manage the Gender Accelerator Program

for Gender Integration in NGOs. This role will involve comprehensive organizational assessments, the

development of customized training programs, and the implementation of initiatives aimed at integrating

gender perspectives and fostering women's leadership within NGOs.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Program Management:

1. Lead the Gender Accelerator Program, ensuring the successful training and empowerment
of 50 NGOs by the end of 2026.
2. Oversee the program's phases, including initial assessment, foundational training, advanced
workshops, implementation, and scaling.
3. Coordinate with experts, mentors, and NGOs to deliver high-quality training and development programs.

B. Organizational Assessment and Diagnosis:

1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of each NGO's current practices, including gender
policies, leadership structures, program designs, and organizational culture.
2. Generate detailed diagnosis reports highlighting strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and
threats related to gender integration.
3. Develop customized training plans tailored to each NGOs focus area, geographical and social contexts, and employee diversity.

C. Training and Development:

1. Design and deliver foundational and advanced training modules on gender concepts, gender analysis frameworks, gender mainstreaming techniques, and womens leadership.

2. Organise and facilitate online webinars, interactive sessions, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.

3. Ensure continuous learning through quarterly workshops, field support, and focused Leadership development sessions.
4. Maintaining Pre and post-training documentation.

D. Monitoring and Evaluation:
1. Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation tools to track progress and impact.
2. Conduct monthly check-ins, quarterly reporting, and annual reviews to assess and refine the training program.
3. Establish a community of practice for NGOs to sustain their learning and support each other.
4. Rigorous documentation of processes.

E. Stakeholder Engagement:
1. Engage with gender integration and womens leadership experts to enhance the program.
2. Coordinate with funders, mentors, and NGO partners to ensure the program's success and sustainability.
3. Facilitate the outreach and engagement of NGOs for participation in the program.

F. Platform Management:
1. Oversee the development and maintenance of an online platform for resources, webinars, and support from OD knowledge-sharing and advocacy perspectives.
2. Ensure the platform has interactive features for discussion and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Gender Studies, or a related
field.

2. Proven experience in organizational development, training, and development, or gender integration
programs.
3. Strong understanding of gender concepts, gender mainstreaming techniques, and womens leadership development.
4. Excellent project management, communication, and facilitation skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple priorities.
6. Experience in monitoring and evaluation of training programs is a plus.
