We are a growing organization and hiring for below position in Delhi .

Position: Operations Manager

Location: Delhi office and on-site

Remuneration: Upto 10 LPA CTC

Note: This is only for the people who have worked in the development sector/social sector.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Administrative support to the Founder, consultants and other team members.
  • Management of Client and consultant contracts and vendors.
  • Being responsible for all compliance-related tasks.
  • Support the Founder to build a thriving office culture.
  • Search for and pursue bids, coordinate with the team and partners to prepare and submit proposals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Proactively champion with the integration of technology, taking the lead in strategizing and implementing innovative solutions to enhance and optimize our operational processes.
  • Experience in proposal writing and business development is a non-negotiable

Qualifications and core competencies:

  • 6+ years prior experience in a similar role. Knowledge of office operations and management processes, candidates with experience in the development sector will be preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Excellent grasp of office management software like and MS Office.
  • Effective abilities in managing video conferencing tools; strong IT orientation and skills.
  • Ability to manage compliance-related documents for partners, consultants and other vendors.
  • Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filled and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Ability to plan and ensure smooth coordination of all workshops and events.
  • Effective abilities to supervise the office staff, focusing on IT, inventory and office space maintenance.
