Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to
Strategy and Thought Leadership
- Develop and monitor annual objectives, key results, and implementation roadmaps for EdTech and AI-led learning initiatives.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate large-scale impact in the K12 ecosystem.
- Provide thought leadership on the effective and equitable use of technology in education.
- Lead end-to-end management of multiple initiatives from scoping and design to implementation, partner management, and performance tracking.
- Ensure strong program governance through timely planning, budgeting, and risk management.
- Embed data-driven decision-making by leveraging monitoring frameworks, dashboards, and evidence-based insights.
- Translate program learnings into actionable recommendations for government partners and ecosystem stakeholders.
- Build and maintain high-trust relationships with education departments, EdTech innovators, academic institutions, funders, and policy think tanks.
- Enable collaboration and cross-learning across ecosystem partners to scale effective models and innovations.
- Represent the organisation in relevant forums, panels, and consultations to strengthen visibility and thought leadership in the EdTech and AI domain.
Team Management & Capability Building:
- Build a strong performance culture focused on learning, collaboration, and accountability.
- Facilitate capacity-building initiatives to enhance team capabilities in EdTech strategy, design, and delivery.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Masters degree in business, public policy, education, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years experience in programme management, management consulting, impact programs, or large grant portfolios, with at least 4 years in a people-leadership role.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects on time, on quality, and on budget.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects/initiatives in parallel.
- Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to CXO and government audiences.
