Responsibilities
- Build a Center of practice-based capacity building programs on entrepreneurship promotion serving development practitioners, partners, and other external learners.
- Relentlessly drive the generation, packaging and delivery of knowledge to bring innovative and high-demand learning offerings to NGOs, CSOs, multilateral agencies, government agencies.
- Manage the development and delivery of the Centres capacity building programme by developing and maintaining the learning product roadmap including new and existing products.
- Engage consumers of educational programs and other relevant stakeholders to build out and cultivate learning product vision.
- Build a framework to document processes, consolidate best practices and develop program narratives through an iterative process.
- Work with the Knowledge and Operations units to prioritize the creation of learning content such as modules, toolkits, SoPs.
- Maintain a cutting-edge catalog of capacity building programs which are continuously improved based on learner needs and sector trends.
- Work with the DA communications team to create collaterals, presentations and content for client engagement in support of the Centre.
- Build an ecosystem of partnerships and alternative delivery mechanisms for the capacity building program.
Eligibility Criteria
- Strong presentation skills and having an understanding of learner communities.
- Ability to develop innovative knowledge products that can advance the learning mission of the Centre.
- In-depth knowledge on entrepreneurship promotion in rural communities with an understanding of the current trends in the space.
- Ability to work with stakeholders across academia, government and NGOs to grow a practice in awareness and impact.
