• A high-performing operator from the startup world who knows how to scale.
• Someone who can drive the next phase of growth by building a powerful brand, expanding our user base, creating high-trust partnerships, and developing a sustainable business model
• Someone energized by early-stage ambiguity, with the hunger to build a category-defining brand.
• A leader driven by purpose - not just profit, with a deep desire to solve real human problems at scale.
• Prior experience in D2C, health, wellness, care ecosystems, or community building is preferred.
• You may have been a GM, a business head, or a growth leader 

What You'll Do

• Own and drive the company's business strategy, operations, revenue, retention, and partnerships.
• Build and lead teams across operations, content, community, and marketing.
• Shape the product and user journey with empathy, insight, and bold ambition.
• Lead fundraising & investor relations, including building a compelling narrative.
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founder to translate vision into real, measurable impact.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of experience in building or scaling user-focused businesses , ideally across consumer tech, healthcare, wellness, or community businesses
• Proven track record in building or scaling startups, ideally as a founder or CXO.
• Commercial acumen with a deep commitment to social impact.
• Exposure to fundraising or working with investors is a big plus.
