About the Role:
Arthan is partnering with an organization to hire a dynamic and experienced CSR Sales & Partnerships Sr. Manager to lead and expand its corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep insights into CSR trends in India, expertise in consulting and project scoping, a proven track record in fundraising, and strong connections within the nonprofit and corporate sectors. This role involves creating strategic partnerships, driving sustainable funding opportunities, and ensuring impactful CSR projects that align with the organizations goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partnership Development and Fundraising:
Lead the organizations fundraising efforts by cultivating relationships with corporates, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals (HNIs).
Develop and execute strategies to secure CSR funding, grants, and long-term
partnerships. Design compelling project proposals tailored to the needs of corporate partners.
2. Strategic Leadership: Stay updated on CSR policies, trends, and compliance requirements in India, including Companies Act 2013 mandates. Collaborate with internal teams to design impactful programs aligned with corporate
and organizational goals. Guide the team in aligning fundraising activities with the organizations mission and objectives.
3. Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for corporate and philanthropic partners.
Build and nurture strategic partnerships with stakeholders to enhance program reach and impact. Organize events, presentations, and forums to showcase the organizations impact and attract new collaborators.
4. Program Innovation and Impact Measurement: Co-create innovative CSR programs with partners to address critical social issues. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes, ensuring transparency and reporting impact effectively to partners. Align projects with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to enhance global relevance.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Comprehensive knowledge of CSR trends, compliance, and corporate expectations in India.
Proven track record of raising significant funds and forging impactful partnerships.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to engage effectively with CXOs and senior stakeholders.
Strong project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
Deep understanding of social impact frameworks and SDG alignment.
A postgraduate degree in business management, social work, or a related field is
preferred.
