Role Overview:
We are seeking a General Manager - Human Resources to lead and manage the entire HR department within our organization. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a positive work environment. The General Manager - HR will lead a dedicated team, focusing on employee engagement, productivity, and well-being, and will play a pivotal role in nurturing a compassionate organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership:
- Lead talent management strategies that align with the organizations culture, values, and goals.
- Partner with senior management to cultivate organizational culture and foster employee engagement.
- Design and implement HR strategies that support employee's professional development.
- Oversee hiring and onboarding processes, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Collaborate with senior management to enhance the organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Develop and execute competitive compensation and benefits strategies.
- Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Lead and manage performance evaluation systems and employee development initiatives.
- Drive employee relations efforts to maintain a positive, engaged workforce.
- Ensure the timely completion of performance reviews and compliance with established timelines.
- Policy Development and Implementation:
- Plan, develop, and implement policies, processes, training programs, and surveys that support the organizations HR strategy and compliance requirements.
- Training and Development:
- Champion organizational development initiatives, including change management and culture-enhancing programs.
- Develop and lead diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Payroll & HR Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, overseeing payroll and benefits administration.
- Stay up to date on trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Review and align the organizations structure and operating models with strategic objectives.
- Analyze data to evaluate effectiveness and proactively address areas of misalignment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 12-15 years of HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
