About the Role:

This role is crucial to the mission of building open National Platforms for accessible, efficient, and transparent service delivery in areas like water, sanitation, health, urban development, and public finance. We're looking for professionals with expertise in J2EE technologies who are passionate about nation-building and developing world-class technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track dependencies and ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project processes, ensuring alignment with goals and outcomes.
• Serve as the central contact for all Product/Platform delivery updates and risk management.
• Lead technical planning meetings and publish release milestones.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Promote architectural best practices and mentor the development team.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and make strategic decisions.
• Oversee DevOps processes and conduct change management sessions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelors degree and IT experience.
• 8-10 years in IT, with 4+ years managing multiple projects.
• Expertise in Java stacked development and project management tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small, resourceful team.
• Preferred experience in urban governance, public sector, or consulting.
• Familiarity with J2EE, Springboot, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Python, Postgres, and more.
