About the job Monitoring & Evaluation - Manager
Job Description:
- Detailed understanding of our partner organisations works (those that have received funding through the organisation)
- Understanding the purpose & depth of evaluation required for each funded project and developing macro-level indicators to measure results
- Co-ordination with partner organisation on a quarterly basis to attain:
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation data of planned vs achieved targets
- Fund utilisation reports
- Achievement and Impact measures and status
- Analysis, Identification and Reporting on major findings, if any, on data received from partner organisations
- Summarising overall impact and efficiency of project, pre-post funding impact
- Preparing innovative, customised reports to be sent to each donor on a quarterly basis
Skills:
- 3+ years experience in Project Monitoring & Evaluation in the social sector
- Capability of understanding CSR compliances, other regulatory processes/policies
- Open to short duration travel, if required, sometimes to even remote locations
- Ability to be a team player. Good listening, convincing, verbal and logical reasoning skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage end to end deliverables
- A curious mind. The eagerness to learn, grow and adapt in a start-up changing environment.
