We are looking for a strategic and results-driven candidate to lead and manage our digital outreach efforts across social media, web properties, and partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of web development, SEO, and digital communications, with a proven ability to analyze data, liaise with third-party vendors, and adapt to the ever-evolving digital landscape. The individual should be solution-oriented, impact-focused, and committed to adhering to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy & Content Dissemination:

    • Lead and strategize the digital content dissemination plan across all platforms.
    • Manage a dynamic team including Social Media Associates, Web Managers, and Design Associates.
    • Conceptualize and lead campaigns aimed at humanizing climate change and sustainability issues.
    • Drive data-backed, impact-focused communication strategies.
  • Website Management & Optimization:

    • Lead the revamp of the official website to enhance user experience and engagement.
    • Collaborate with the team and SEO partners to optimize website performance and increase reach.
  • Social Media Strategy:

    • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
    • Reimagine and manage the brand's voice on digital platforms.
  • Collaboration with External Partners:

    • Liaise with SEO partners and agencies to expand the digital reach and improve online visibility.
    • Coordinate with third-party vendors (designers, printers, photographers, videographers) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality digital outputs.
  • Creative Content Development & Innovation:

    • Brainstorm and collaborate on creative content ideas for digital platforms.
    • Lead end-to-end digital projects, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
    • Stay informed on the latest digital trends and emerging platforms to continuously evolve our strategies.
  • Paid Digital Marketing Campaigns:

    • Implement paid digital marketing campaigns on Google, social media, and other relevant platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Event Support & Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Provide on-ground support for digital engagement during events.
    • Assist the Outreach team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields (or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering).

Experience:

  • 6-10 years of experience in digital strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a deep understanding of digital trends and analytics.
  • Expertise in SEO and digital media analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in digital content development and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong storytelling ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in managing teams and collaborating with agencies.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, Drupal, WordPress, and other CMS platforms.
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking on digital communications and engagement strategies.
  • Solid grasp of advertising strategy and its application in digital media.
