The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, psychology, and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop content for life skills training programs, focusing on leadership, emotional regulation, communication, and critical thinking.
  • Create diagnostic assessments to evaluate life skills in individuals from diverse age groups and backgrounds.
  • Develop curriculum materials and training modules based on research findings and assessment data.
