Position Summary
The Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the Organizational Development vertical at Arthan. S/he/they will work on typical OD concepts like Policies and Processes, Competency Framework and Salary Benchmarking, Vision, Mission, Value Statements, and Effective Implementation through communication of the above. S/he/they should be enthusiastic about effective implementation through communication strategies, conducting market research, content development for workshops, report making, and data analysis.
Team Overview
The Analyst will get the chance to work with a team consisting of a diverse mix of professionals with varied skill sets and competencies relevant to the impact sector. The team brings substantial experience working with multiple national and Analystational organizations. We are a multidisciplinary team with in-depth knowledge and experience working with strategic projects.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices relevant to organizational development.
- Research and Resource Materials Creation: Develop high-quality research and resource materials that effectively communicate findings and recommendations, including pitch decks and PowerPoint presentations.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making processes. Present insights clearly and concisely.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with various departments to ensure the success of assignments and self-learning.
- Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Organization Development and Human Resources, especially in the Social Sector.
- Content Development: Create presentations and present data in a simpler and understandable format.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline like Business, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, etc.
- High ownership to demonstrate the ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from ideation to full deployment promptly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Interest in social impact, sustainability, and philanthropy is a plus
