Position Summary

The Analyst will be responsible for providing support to the partnerships and growth vertical at Arthan. S/he/they will work on getting clients spread across sectors and functions and will be responsible for driving client interactions and engagements. S/he/they will also work on operational support and be responsible for additional tasks that will contribute to improving the overall organization’s growth.

Team Overview

The Analyst will get the chance to work with a team consisting of a diverse mix of professionals with varied skill sets and competencies relevant to the impact sector. The team brings substantial experience working with multiple national and international organizations. We are a multidisciplinary team with in-depth knowledge and experience in working with strategic projects. We have a successful track record of delivering large and complex engagements and have worked in strategic management, business and organizational development, and human resources in different capacities.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration
  • Support the growth efforts by reaching out to relevant stakeholders 
  • Develop and maintain a partnership pipeline/funnel, tracking progress and nurturing relationships at each stage.
  • Maintain reports for tracking operations and ensuring that the data is always up to date
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, potential areas for growth, and new partnership prospects.
  • Engage with potential partners, stakeholders, and thought leaders to foster meaningful relationships and explore collaboration possibilities
  • Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required
  • Learn and contribute to our mission, vision, and team
  • Support all other initiatives within the organization, including but not limited to the research mandates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline

  • 1-3 years of proven work experience in business development, client interaction, fundraising, or related roles preferably in the social impact space
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box to drive partnership success.
  • Self-driven to relentlessly follow up with prospective clients
  • High ownership to demonstrate the ability and commitment to deliver major initiatives from ideation to full deployment promptly.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Interest in social impact, sustainability, and philanthropy is a plus
