Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate with 2-3 years of experience in instructional design and related fields to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing Learning and Development (L&D) modules, creating training content, and fostering a creative learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop engaging and effective L&D modules, workshops, and ebooks.
Utilize various instructional design methodologies to design and deliver impactful training content.
Conduct thorough research on skill-based training and technical writing to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
Design surveys to gather feedback and assess training effectiveness.
Facilitate virtual and training sessions with proficiency and finesse.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content meets organizational objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field. (Educational background may vary; certification in instructional design is a plus)
2-3 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or related fields.
Proficiency in utilizing various tools for content delivery, such as learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, and multimedia software.
Strong research skills with the ability to gather and synthesize information from diverse sources and present it in a simple and relatable manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to visualize and design engaging training materials.
Experience in facilitation and conducting online/classroom training sessions.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles in training design and delivery.
